I'm so glad you asked! Coaching is partnership between coach and client where we work towards tangible goals that get you closer to your dream future. It's a collaborative process where you hold the compass and I'm the guide. This means you take the lead in what we discuss in sessions and I ensure we're on track and making progress towards your overarching goals.
Coaching is built on a powerful belief: every individual possesses the answers and wisdom they seek. As your coach, my role is to offer support and hold you accountable. Our mission? To unlock your innate potential and drive you towards significant action. It's a team effort and a transformative process.
Mentorship and consulting are different. A mentor gives advice based on their own industry and personal experiences. A consultant prescribes actions and recommendations they think are best given their knowledge and expertise.
While this is a coaching program at its core, I also see it as a beautiful hybrid of all the ways I can support my clients for maximum impact. There will be times I take off my coaching hat and I will offer strategies and advice on how to approach your brand/marketing based on my 10-years of experience. Over our 12 weeks together, I'll be there to guide you during implementation, keeping you accountable to your goals.
What distinguishes me from many business coaches is my firm belief that transformative work happens from the inside out. We'll dig deep to confront and challenge any limiting beliefs or thoughts, getting to the root of what may be holding you back.
We'll meet every two weeks, a cadence I've found allows for sufficient time to integrate insights and take meaningful action. If you're someone who thrives on 'homework,' I'm more than happy to provide it to help maintain momentum. Often though, I'll offer up exercises and prompts for you to explore between our sessions.
Expect to dedicate at least 1-2 hours a week to this program outside of our calls. You get what you put in so it’s important to create the space and time to do the work!
